Welcome to 2012
One thing that many people do at the end or the beginning of the year is to make resolutions. Congratulations for those of you who managed to achieve your resolutions in 2011. For those of you who have not managed to not be disappointed, you can make better plans this year.
If you are still confused what would you make as resolution in 2012, the following example may be an inspiration for you.
- Spend more time with family and friend. This is the most popular resolution in US for this year, based on recent polls conducted by General Nutrition Center, and others, 50 % of Americans vow to appreciate loved ones and spend more time with family and friends this year.
- Improve fitness.Whether you realize it or not, health is an essential factor for life. Hence, improving health is one of necessity for your 2012 resolution.Whether it's to lose weight or just maintain your health. Regular exercise has been associated with more health benefits than anything else known to man. That Studies show it reduces the risk of some cancers, increases longevity, helps Achieve and maintain weight loss, Enhances mood, lowers blood pressure, and even improves arthritis. In short, exercise keeps you healthy and makes you look better and feel better.
- Enjoy life. Find balance for your body, mind and soul. Take up a new hobby, go to theater, or just head to local spa.
- Get out of debt. Was money a big source of stress in your life last year? Join the millions of Americans who have resolved to spend this year getting a handle on their finances. It's a promise that will repay itself many times over in the year ahead. Spend according your abilities rather than according to what you want.
- Learn something new. When is the last time you did something for the first time?
- Help others. Non selfish New Year's Resolution. Whether you choose to spend time helping out at your local library, mentoring a child, or buiding a house, there are many non profit volunteer organizations that could use your help.
- Get organized. Organization can be a very reasonable goal. whether you want your home organized enough that you can invite someone over or your office organized enough that you can find the stapler when you need it.
OK, that's all. Just fyi, my resolution is to get more organized, enjoy my life and of course to earn more penny :)
